Today is the day!!! I am sitting here waiting on my ride to the hospital. I could not get any sleep lastnight because I had so much on my mind. And it didn't help that my stomach was growling. It is growling now. I can't even remember when my body finally went to sleep. So it is finally here and I will be on the bandwagon.

I found you on the lapbandtalk site. I also have a blog. kannruss.blogspot.com I know you have some pain right now - hang in there. It gets better. ITs probably a lot of gas pain and breathing deeply feels bad. Every day will get easier. Steady as you go. :)
